GoSeeDo Community Guidelines
At GoSeeDo we believe in the creative powers of collaboration and mutual support. If you have questions about the community guidelines posted below, please email us.
Publishing events and other contents on GoSeeDo means you’re committed to supporting and learning from each other. We are not here to play monopoly on event templates or titles. All good ideas have the potential to inspire imitators. We're cool with that, and trust you are too.
That said, it's only right to acknowledge when someone else has inspired you. Be polite. Give credit where credit is due. We’ve even given you a place to do so when you’re creating an event!
GoSeeDo is designed to help artists make a living over the long term. We love one-off collections and performances, but it’s less work and more valuable for you to publish events that you can repeat.
Please make sure anything and everything posted does not infringe on any other party's copyright. What you post is up to you, just make sure it belongs to you.
By publishing an event on GoSeeDo, you are expressing that audience engagement is important to you. If you don't see feel that connecting with fans is important to you and your art-making, then GoSeeDo may not be what you’re looking for.
No one gets a kick out of spam. We like to give opt-in and opt-out options to all GoSeeDo users, and heartily recommend you do the same.
We encourage you to make comments and give other artists a thumbs up or a pat on the back. We like to see people geeking out over each other's offerings, not being a jerk. So never post harassing or abusive comments, and don't litter on the site by promoting your own event on someone else's page (it would be a drag to suspend your account).
We're dedicated to maintaining a site that's responsive to your needs, and that grows along with you. If you have concerns about any aspect of GoSeeDo, please let us know.
